If you're not completely satisfied with your
purchase, we're here to help.

1.Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

· Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

· Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition,
including original packaging and any certifications or tags.

· Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2.Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

· Custom or personalized jewelry

· Items marked as "Final Sale"

· Gift cards

· Jewelry that has been altered, engraved, or resized (unless defective)

3.Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or
defective, please contact us within 7
days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or
full refund after verifying the issue.

4.Refund Process

· Once your return is received and inspected, we
will notify you via email.

· If approved, your refund will be processed and
automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

· Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6.Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If
you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and
place a new order.

7. Gift Returns

If you received a Savina Jewelry piece as a
gift, you may return it for store credit. Please provide the order number or
name of the purchaser if available.
